Hello, my name is Abad. I am a banking professional with an experience spanning over 30 years; I have worked in all major areas of banking, i.e., from branch network to operations, and am now working as Chief Compliance Officer.
I welcome you to my blog “Abad’s.” At this forum, we will learn from each other experience as my intentions with this blog are to share my life’s experiences with all who intend to stay mentally active and continue to learn. Self-motivation, motivating others, and staying positive are the need of the day. We should play our role to arrest negativity that is creeping deeply in our society and embrace changes to re-frame our mindset and transform our lives.
We all live, struggle for success, and die. Some of us are successful, while many continue to struggle till the end. But very few think of others. Looking for our own success, we often neglect to transfer the key aspects to our youth that are our country’s actual future. My aim is to facilitate the upcoming generation through my experience and enable them to shine, so they become successful both in personal and professional lives. I firmly believe that success is not just about us, but the significance is about other people. To be successful means to benefit others by sharing wisdom, knowledge and creating opportunities for struggling ones.
The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it awayPablo Picasso
The above great quote, by Pablo Picasso, reflects the life of Abadullah, who always shares his thoughts and provides additional values in the lives of other people. Even to support youth for their education, I established Abad Educational Trust in 2002, which as to date, has been managed through my own resources, i.e., without seeking a donation from others. Now I am taking this initiative, i.e., building a site that can guide youth on overcoming their hurdles and living a life of success. Here we will empower the youth by motivating, guiding, and encouraging them to stand like a rock in crucial times and be graceful in whatever they do. This site will not be restricted to youth only as I intend to share my thoughts with all age groups and intends to create a forum of positive thinkers who can arrest the down word slide of our society with respect to thinking patterns.
