This is true to its core, we have always come across individuals with ability and strengths which are far apart from others, however; when they are working in a team, their teams’ success wasn’t the same or they could not influence the team to achieve high performance.
This was fantastic opportunity to understand our teams bonding and gauging the efficacy of this team, with learning the key features of our deliverables to be aligned with organizational goals to bring effectiveness in achieving them as a team.
Taking the opportunity, we must acknowledge the coaching provided by Khalid Siraj in not only understanding the concept of learning how to engage within the team and also with other teams in the organization. The challenges and shortfalls were apparently quite imminent and well recognized, as well as fully understood the teams high performing posture.
One of the prime of task achieved during this off-site session was learning and finding ultramodern by deciding future strategies on agreeing to have a path or well defined goal setting to achieve more cohesive approach towards building the dream team of Compliance.
